Updated: Apr 27, 2020
This is for those of us who like the concept of a bullet journal, but can't seem to keep up with them. A year or so ago, I bought a ton of new markers, washi tape, and spent hours looking up inspiration for my own physical bullet journal.Weeks later, I realized the thing that drew me to bullet journals was not necessarily the artistry behind them, but the concept of easily tracking various aspects of my life. I use my digital Airtable bullet journal to track the following: Water intake Medicine/Vitamins Meals Mood Menstrual Cycle Yoga/Meditation Workouts
Energy Level Ideas
